These are the service providers Curatum.ai uses to host and run the service, and which may process personal data on behalf of our clients. We have a contract with each one that requires it to protect the data. Where data leaves the UK, a transfer safeguard is in place, as described in our privacy policy.
We will email clients at least 14 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, as set out in our data processing agreement.
| Provider | What it does | Data involved | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Hosts the Curatum.ai app server and our own mail server. | All service data passes through it. | United Kingdom |
| Supabase | Database and login. | All stored account and service data. | United Kingdom (London) |
| Cloudflare | Domain name service, security and network proxy in front of curatum.ai. | Web traffic to and from Curatum.ai, including chat messages, as it passes through. | Global network |
| Anthropic | AI models that sort emails, write drafts and chat replies, and learn tone and knowledge. | The email or chat being handled, with the business information needed to answer it. Anthropic does not train its models on this data. | United States |
| Brevo | Sends service emails, such as account invitations and notifications, and relays email from curatum.ai addresses. | Recipient names and email addresses, and the content of those emails. | European Union |
| Stripe | Takes subscription payments and runs the billing portal. | Client billing contact and payment details. Not used for the emails and chats we handle. | United States and other countries |
When you connect your own mailbox, Curatum.ai reads from it and saves drafts into it on your instruction. Your email provider, for example Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook and Microsoft 365), is your own supplier, not our sub-processor. The same applies to any live chat tool you link the Chat Bot to.
Email hello@curatum.ai if you have questions about any provider or the safeguards in place.
