We believe in keeping a human in the loop. Your inbox holds your customers and your reputation, so a person approves every email. This page sets out what Curatum.ai can and cannot do.
The legal detail is in our privacy policy, terms of service and sub-processors list.
The Email Agent writes drafts. It has no way to send an email for you. Every reply waits for you to press send.
It only adds its own drafts. Before it removes one, for example when you ask for a re-draft, it checks the draft is one it created. Anything you wrote is left alone.
It drafts for the types of email you tick and ignores the rest. House rules let you rule out particular senders completely.
Mailbox passwords and app passwords are encrypted before they are stored. Microsoft 365 sign-in (coming soon) stores an encrypted token instead of a password.
Disconnect a mailbox from your dashboard and Curatum.ai stops reading it immediately.
The Email Agent learns from the replies you send. These rules decide what it is allowed to learn.
Curatum.ai learns from your emails and website to improve your own drafts and chat. That learning stays in your account: it is never shared with other businesses, and the commercial AI services we use do not train their models on your data.
Before your sent emails are analysed for tone or learning, email addresses, phone numbers and account or order numbers are removed.
Something you told one specific customer, such as their own quote or appointment, is never turned into general knowledge for anyone else.
Clinical and treatment advice from your replies is excluded from learning. Those answers stay with you.
Everything learned passes two separate safety checks. Anything that could make a draft promise, invent or commit to something is rejected.
Every learned rule and fact is listed in your knowledge base. Edit it, delete it or restore it. Deleted items are never learned again.
Nobody checks a chat reply before the visitor reads it, so the Chat Bot works under stricter rules than email drafts.
The Chat Bot is told to use only your business information and never invent prices, availability or policies.
If the answer is not there, it says it is not sure instead of guessing.
When a visitor asks for a person, the buttons to your live chat, WhatsApp or contact page come from your settings, so the Chat Bot never invents a number or link.
Knowledge learned from your emails is only used in chat after you approve each item. Editing an item switches it off again.
You can restrict the Chat Bot to your own websites so it cannot be embedded anywhere else.
No. The Email Agent only writes drafts. Every reply waits in your Drafts folder, threaded to the original email, until you read it, change anything you want and press send yourself.
Never. Curatum.ai only adds its own drafts to your mailbox. It can only remove a draft it created itself, and it checks that before it does. Anything you wrote is left exactly as it is.
Yes. Curatum.ai learns from your emails and website, but only to improve your own drafts and chat. Nothing is shared with other businesses, and the commercial AI services we use do not train their models on your data. Your mailbox password is encrypted.
Delete it from your knowledge base. Deleted items move to a Removed list you can restore from, and Curatum.ai will not learn the same thing again. Anything said to one specific customer is never reused for anyone else.
Connect an inbox or add the Chat Bot to your site. Setup takes minutes.
