What does the Chat Bot do when it does not know the answer?
It only answers from your business information. If the answer is not there, it says it is not sure and can hand the visitor to your team through your live chat, WhatsApp or contact page.
Can visitors reach a real person from the chat?
Yes. When someone asks for a person, the Chat Bot replies with a button to your team: your contact page by default, plus WhatsApp if you switch it on. Hand-off to a live chat tool on the same page can be added on request.
Can it reply in other languages?
Yes. Email drafts are written in the language the customer wrote in, and website visitors get chat answers in theirs. Product names, prices and links are kept exactly as you wrote them.
How do I add the Chat Bot to my website?

Is my data private?
Yes. Curatum.ai learns from your emails and website, but only to improve your own drafts and chat. Nothing is shared with other businesses, and the commercial AI services we use do not train their models on your data. Your mailbox password is encrypted.

The Email Agent and Chat Bot together are £99 a month per business at the launch price, or £999 a year, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Your first month is free. After the launch period, the price for new customers is £149.
