How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Connect your inbox, import your website in one click, let it learn your tone from your sent mail, then pick which emails get a draft. There is nothing to install.
Does Curatum.ai send emails for me?
No. The Email Agent only writes drafts. Every reply waits in your Drafts folder, threaded to the original email, until you read it, change anything you want and press send yourself.
Will it touch drafts I have written myself?
Never. Curatum.ai only adds its own drafts to your mailbox. It can only remove a draft it created itself, and it checks that before it does. Anything you wrote is left exactly as it is.
Does it get better over time?
Yes. Once a week it compares the drafts it wrote with what you actually sent. If you keep making the same change, it becomes a rule for future drafts. If you tell customers something that is not on your website, it learns that too. You get a short email each week listing anything new, and you can edit or delete any of it.
What if it learns something wrong?
Delete it from your knowledge base. Deleted items move to a Removed list you can restore from, and Curatum.ai will not learn the same thing again. Anything said to one specific customer is never reused for anyone else.
