Pick your provider
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo or any IMAP mailbox. Each has its own step-by-step instructions.

Connect securely
Gmail, iCloud and Yahoo use an app password, which is encrypted before it is stored. Microsoft 365 connects through Microsoft’s own sign-in, so no password is stored.

Drafts arrive in your folder
On your schedule, new emails you have chosen get a reply saved to Drafts, in the same thread as the customer’s email.

Send from anywhere
The draft is a normal email draft, so you can edit and send it from your phone, Outlook, Apple Mail or the Gmail website.

Mail apps only add your signature when you write in them, so Curatum.ai finds yours in your sent mail and adds it under every draft, logo and links included.

Curatum.ai only adds its own drafts. It can only remove a draft it created itself, and it checks before it does.

Checks every 30 minutes, hourly or at set times in your local time, or whenever you press the button.
Disconnect any time

Does it work with Microsoft 365 work accounts?
Yes. Microsoft 365 work and school accounts connect through Microsoft’s own sign-in. Some organisations need an administrator to approve the connection the first time, and Curatum.ai shows the approval link if so.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Curatum.ai works with your mailbox on the server side, so drafts appear on every device where you read your email.
Will my team see the drafts?
Anyone who can open that mailbox sees the drafts in its Drafts folder, the same as any other draft.
