Schools, PTAs and charity volunteers ask a lot of questions, often the same ones, and often in term time when you are busiest. Much of the best advice you give, such as how to promote a fundraiser, lives in emails you have sent rather than on your website. Curatum.ai learns that advice and drafts it into future replies.
“The email replies from the AI are soooo good. It’s kinda spooky.”
You choose which of these get a drafted reply. Everything else stays in your inbox untouched.
“We’re a primary school PTA. How does the fundraising book work, start to finish?”
“What is the minimum order, and when do we need to send everything to get copies before Christmas?”
“What size and resolution should the children’s drawings be?”
“Have you got any ideas for getting more parents to order?”
“Can we add a page after we’ve submitted?”
The draft uses the business’s own prices and policies, in its own tone, and leaves the judgement calls to a person.
Ideas to boost orders?
Hi, our book went to parents last week but orders are slow. Have you got any tips for promoting it? We’d love to raise more than last year.
Thanks, Claire (Oakfield PTA)
Hi Claire,
Thanks for getting in touch, and well done on getting the book out. Here are the ideas that work best for the schools we work with:
1. Send a reminder in the school newsletter with a photo of a finished page. 2. Put a sample copy at the school gate at pick-up time for a week. 3. Ask class reps to post in their WhatsApp groups a few days before the deadline. 4. Remind grandparents: many schools share the order link for families to forward.
Orders often pick up in the last few days, so a final reminder 48 hours before the deadline helps.
Best wishes, Natalie Little Pages Fundraising
Fictional business. The ideas list is something the business sends by email but never published. Curatum.ai learned it from their sent replies.
Fictional business and figures. Both answers come from the business’s own information.
More about the Chat BotThe AI drafts and a person sends. These limits keep the drafts inside what your business would say.
Lists, tips and explanations you send by email become knowledge for future drafts, so every school gets your best answer.
Details of one school’s order, deadline or invoice are never reused in a reply to another.
Drafts wait in your Drafts folder until you send them.
Advice learned from email only reaches your website chat once you switch on each item.
Write standing instructions once and every draft follows them. Some examples:
This is where learning from sent mail helps most. If your best advice only exists in emails you have sent, such as promotion ideas or artwork tips, Curatum.ai picks it up, lists it in your weekly email and uses it in future drafts.
Compares its drafts with what you sent. Repeated edits become rules, and things you tell customers become knowledge.

Yes. It answers anyone who visits your website, from your own information, and passes on anything it cannot answer.
Not yet. Curatum.ai does not connect to booking or practice management software. Drafts can share your booking link, ask for preferred times or ask the customer to call, and you confirm the booking yourself.
