Windows and doors

AI email replies and website chat for window and door installers.

Window and door enquiries arrive while you are fitting, surveying or in the showroom, and a slow reply can lose the job to whoever answered first. Curatum.ai drafts replies with your product ranges, lead times and survey process, ready for you to check and send.

  • Drafts only. It never sends for you
  • Never touches your own drafts
  • Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud and any IMAP inbox

Your inbox

The emails you get every week.

You choose which of these get a drafted reply. Everything else stays in your inbox untouched.

Quote requests

“How much for seven uPVC windows on a 1930s semi?”

Doors

“What colours do your composite doors come in, and what is the lead time?”

Repairs

“One of our double-glazed units has misted up. Can you replace just the glass?”

Paperwork

“I’m selling my house. Can I get a copy of the certificate for the windows you fitted?”

Finance

“Do you offer payment plans?”

Example

An email in, a reply ready to send.

The draft uses the business’s own prices and policies, in its own tone, and leaves the judgement calls to a person.

Composite front door

Hi, we’re after a new composite front door in grey with a side panel. What sort of lead time are you working to at the moment, and do you come out to measure?

Cheers, Paul

Draft, waiting for youRe: Composite front door

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your enquiry. Grey is one of our most popular finishes, and all our composite doors are available with matching side panels.

We always measure up before ordering, and the survey is free. Composite doors are currently around five to six weeks from survey to fitting.

Could you send your address and a couple of times that suit for the survey? We can also bring colour and glass samples.

Thanks, Karen Brookline Windows & Doors

More about the Chat Bot
Human in the loop

Guard rails for window and door installers.

The AI drafts and a person sends. These limits keep the drafts inside what your business would say.

Prices from your own list

Drafts only use prices you have published or added. A house rule can make every draft offer a survey instead.

Lead times you control

Update your lead times in your knowledge base and the next drafts use the new figure.

You send every reply

Drafts wait in your Drafts folder until you send them.

Customer quotes stay private

A quote given to one customer is never reused in another reply.

House rules

Rules you can set in plain English.

Write standing instructions once and every draft follows them. Some examples:

When you tell customers the current lead time or explain your finance options in your own replies, and that is not on your website, Curatum.ai can learn it. The weekly email lists anything new so you can update or delete it when things change.

  • Always offer a free survey before quoting.
  • Mention our 10-year guarantee on every new installation.
  • For certificate requests, ask for the address and the year of installation.
  • Never draft replies to emails from our suppliers or the fabricator.
Questions

Questions from window and door installers.

How do I update lead times?

Edit them in your knowledge base. Drafts written after that use the new lead time.

Will it give prices?

Only prices you have published or added to your knowledge base. Add a house rule and drafts will offer a survey instead.

Can it book appointments into my diary?

Not yet. Curatum.ai does not connect to booking or practice management software. Drafts can share your booking link, ask for preferred times or ask the customer to call, and you confirm the booking yourself.

Can the Chat Bot go on my website?

Yes. One line of code adds it to WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or any other site.
