AI email replies and website chat for dental practices.

Reception is answering the phone, checking patients in and taking payments, and the inbox waits. Curatum.ai drafts replies to the practice inbox using your treatments, prices and policies, so the team opens each email to find a reply ready to check and send.

  • Drafts only. It never sends for you
  • Never touches your own drafts
  • Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud and any IMAP inbox

Your inbox

The emails you get every week.

You choose which of these get a drafted reply. Everything else stays in your inbox untouched.

New patient enquiries

“Are you taking on new patients? Do you do NHS or private only?”

Treatment prices

“How much is teeth whitening?” “What does an implant cost, roughly?”

Appointment changes

“I need to move my check-up on Thursday, do you have anything next week?”

Payment and plans

“Do you offer finance?” “Is my membership plan still active?”

Nervous patients

“I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I’m quite anxious. What happens at the first visit?”

Example

An email in, a reply ready to send.

The draft uses the business’s own prices and policies, in its own tone, and leaves the judgement calls to a person.

Dental implant cost

Hi, I lost a back tooth last year and I’m thinking about an implant. Roughly how much would it be, and can I pay in instalments? I can do evenings.

Thanks, James

Draft, waiting for youRe: Dental implant cost

Hi James,

Thanks for your email. A single implant with us usually costs between £2,200 and £2,800, including the crown. The exact figure depends on your bone and gum health, which the dentist checks at an implant consultation (£95, deducted from treatment if you go ahead).

We offer 0% finance over 12 months, and longer terms are available. We open until 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so reply with a date that suits and we will find you a time.

Kind regards, Priya Abbeyfield Dental

Fictional practice and prices. The price range, consultation fee, finance terms and late opening all come from the practice’s own website and knowledge base. Whether an implant suits James is left to the dentist.

On your website

Answers visitors while you work.

Fictional practice. The first answer comes from the practice’s own information. The second is a clinical question, so the Chat Bot does not answer it.

More about the Chat Bot
Human in the loop

Guard rails for dental practices.

The AI drafts and a person sends. These limits keep the drafts inside what your business would say.

No clinical advice is learned

Treatment and clinical advice from your past replies is excluded from learning, so drafts never repeat one patient’s advice to another.

One patient stays one patient

A quote or treatment plan given to one patient is never reused as general information.

Your team checks every email

Every reply is a draft. Nothing reaches a patient until someone at the practice sends it.

Chat answers from your information only

The Chat Bot uses your practice information and passes on anything it cannot answer, including clinical questions.

House rules

Rules you can set in plain English.

Write standing instructions once and every draft follows them. Some examples:

If reception keeps adding the same line, such as directions to the car park or a note about the new patient form, Curatum.ai notices the repeated edit and adds it to future drafts.

  • Never confirm an appointment time; ask the patient for two or three times that suit.
  • For pain or swelling, give our emergency number and same-day appointment information first.
  • Always mention we are a private practice when someone asks about NHS treatment.
  • Never draft replies to emails from our lab or our software suppliers.
Questions

Questions from dental practices.

Can it book appointments into my diary?

Not yet. Curatum.ai does not connect to booking or practice management software. Drafts can share your booking link, ask for preferred times or ask the customer to call, and you confirm the booking yourself.

Will it give patients clinical advice?

Drafts describe your treatments and prices as your website and knowledge base do, and leave clinical judgement to the dentist. Clinical advice from your past replies is never learned, and the Chat Bot passes clinical questions to your team.

Can we only draft replies for new patient enquiries?

Yes. You choose which types of email get a draft, so you can start with new enquiries and price questions and leave everything else alone.

Is patient email kept private?

Yes. Learning from your sent mail only improves your own practice’s drafts and is never shared with anyone else. Personal details are removed before analysis, and the commercial AI services we use do not train their models on your data.
