Every week Curatum.ai looks at the replies you sent and compares them with the drafts it wrote. When you keep making the same change, it learns the change. When you tell customers something that is not on your website, it learns that too.
It pairs each draft with the email you sent in the same thread, then measures how much you kept, changed or rewrote.
If you keep shortening replies, adding the same line or changing the same phrase, that becomes a learned rule for future drafts.
Facts you explain in your own replies, such as a partner you refer people to or a list of ideas you always send, become learned knowledge.
A short weekly email lists anything new, plus how many drafts you sent as written, edited or replaced with your own words.
Anything said to one specific customer, such as their own quote or appointment, is never turned into general knowledge.
Every learned item passes two separate checks. Anything that would make a draft promise, invent or commit to something is rejected.
Clinical and treatment advice from your replies is excluded from learning entirely.
Remove anything learned and it moves to a Removed list you can restore from. It will not be learned again, and reworded versions are checked too.
Change the wording of a learned item and it becomes yours. The learning never overwrites it.
Senders you never reply to are flagged, with a one-click option to stop drafting for them.
It adds learned rules and learned knowledge in their own sections, lists everything new in the weekly email, and never changes the business information you wrote. You can edit or delete any learned item.
Only items you approve one at a time. Chat replies go straight to visitors, so nothing learned from email reaches chat automatically.
Then there is less to learn, which is a good sign. The weekly email only arrives when something new was learned.
Learns how you greet people, how much you write and how you sign off, from emails you have sent.
